  • “Products” — baby / kids items, gifts, and related products offered on the Website.

  • “T&C” / “Terms” / “Terms & Conditions” — this agreement between you and the Company governing your use of the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
  • By accessing or using the Website, browsing or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use or access the Website or place any Order.
3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law. 
  • If you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update your details. 
  • You agree only to use the Website and Services for lawful, authorized purposes. You must not misuse the Website (e.g. by uploading harmful code, unauthorized content). 
4. Orders, Offer & Acceptance
  • All product listings on the Website are an invitation to offer. When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason (for example: stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, failed payment).
  • The contract between you and us becomes binding only when we dispatch the Products.
  • We will notify you (e.g. via email) if an Order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled; in that case, any amount paid will be refunded.
5. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices on the Website are indicated in Indian Rupees (INR), and include applicable taxes (e.g. GST) where required. Shipping or other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. 
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the Order or as per the payment options provided.
  • If we detect an error in the price (typographical, technical, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel Orders placed at the incorrect price.
6. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable delivery locations will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before order confirmation.
  • Once Products are dispatched, risk and ownership may pass to you (subject to payment and delivery as per our shipping policy).
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, force majeure, customs/clearance if applicable).
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges / Free Gifts (if applicable)
  • Returns / refunds / exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We commit to disclosing this policy clearly.
  • To be eligible for return: items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags (if any), and returned within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy. 
  • If a free gift or promotional item was included with your Order, and you return the main product, the free gift must also be returned or else the return may be invalid. (You may treat promotional items as part of the Order value.)
  • Cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.).
8. Intellectual Property & Use of Website Content
  • All content on the Website (text, images, branding, designs) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, republish, copy, or use it in any way without our prior written permission. 
  • Use of our trademarks or logos without explicit permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
  • Products are sold “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, shipping estimates and stock availability, we do not guarantee they are error-free.
  • We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law (e.g. no warranty for suitability of a product for a specific purpose, performance, etc.) 
  • Our liability for any claim arising from a product shall be limited to the amount you paid for that product. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
